Various large holes due to rain washing surface away, very unsafe at night when walking up or down as no lighting in the area. Been like this for months

Whilst driving down co-operative row in Rushden nn100rj my vehicle hit one of the many potholes and sharp pipes sticking out of the ground causing my tyre to blow out and my car to hit the wall.

A large oblong one, deep, fills with water. Outside no 18 Moor Road, Rushden NN10 9SP also another one the same along the road near the T junction between Moor Road and Station, Rushden
