Over grown hedge

Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 13:51, Fri 30 September 2022

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3859386.

This was reported two years ago for the same thing. The hedge is that overgrown that you can’t push a buggy or a wheelchair along the path. It’s even grown out from the side of the house and covering the manhole. Every single year it’s the same and it, he never cuts it back far enough for it not to cover the foot path
