  • Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary) - Regarding the condition of the footpath, the location of this is not on the adopted highway. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the adjoining landowner/developer to maintain and is outside West Northamptonshire Highways’ control. Apologies that we are unable to assist further.
