Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3877525.

There is so much ivy growing over the pavement, my dad has to go out in to the road in his buggy, this is a hazard as if he tries to get through it without going on the road h3 is likely to tip himself out of his buggy as the wheels will fall off one side, this is so dangerous as it is on a blind corner so if he does use the road cars approach at speed and he has nowhere to go
