20 Raleigh Close, pavement immediately outside is damaged and uneven, to the point where a customer has almost fallen on a couple of occasions. It is becoming dangerous, it was reported roughly 6 months ago but nothing has happened.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Firstly, we are sorry to hear about the trip incidents in this location. Regarding this section of Raleigh Close, we are pleased to confirm that the footpath defects that meet the specifications for remedial work, have a repair scheduled to resolve them. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your recent contact. Unfortunately, due to a busy Winter period, we have not been able to attend sooner than the six month timescale that was promised and the prospective date is still by the 11th of April. However, we will escalate this matter to our Delivery team to see if they can attend any sooner.
