Hi they've repaired the entrance to the flats but they haven't repaired the footpath which I sent you a photo of. My neighbour and I are both disabled and have tripped on the path and is very uncomfortable on our scooters and we both have back problems. Please can you look into this Many thanks Karen Bagnall 75 Hazelwood Road Corby NN17 1HS

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Firstly, we are sorry to hear you have tripped in this area. Regarding this section of Dovesale Road, we are pleased to confirm that the carriageway defects that meet the specifications for remedial work, have a repair scheduled to resolve them. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 18:02, Mon 7 November 2022

  • The footpath has still not been fixed which I reported on 13th October 2022. The yellow spray marks which they put by the repair have now disappeared. I tripped over again on the uneven pavement 3 wks ago and hurt my knee . Please can you advise when it's going to be repaired as it's very dangerous

  • The above footpath has still not been repaired and is now 6 months later. The yellow spray which was highlighted which part to be fixed has now been washed away. I have fell over on this footpath since
