All the colour has disappeared from the signs

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3889063.

When is NNC/Highways going to start to replace all these signs where the colour has completely faded from them? I question if they are still legal, and in the event of a vehicle not stopping at the junction, is the authority liable?

Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.
