Abandoned Chevron roadworks sign

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3889238.

This roadworks diversion sign left by Chevron has been lying on the verge for nearly a month now. I reported all the abandoned abandoned signs between the A14 J13 and Weldon 2 weeks ago on Love Clean Streets and nothing has been done. This specific sign is now a test case: I expect this sign to be removed by Friday 21st October. Failure to do so will result in me issuing formal statutory 5 day notice of intent to apply for a Litter Abatement Order on NNC and Northants Highways.
