This man has been reported several times when working on the old band club. Now he has bought a property in wharf Road and constantly preventing residents from parking he obviously has a blatant disregard for the law residents and yourselves. Action needs to be taken as he has had several warnings from you. And still continually blocks the street with bollards and sandbags

When are you going to do something about this guy, he seems to think he owns the street, i have lost count of the times i have reported this on going matter, you have said you have spoken to him, obviously he has a blatant disregard for you as well as residents, this is an offence as well as a darn nuisance the volvo in the photos also belongs to him and the van across the road, he dosent even live in higham but continually blocks parking for residents, now will you please do something about this matter
