Mini bus and trailer blocking footpath for 2 months

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3890485.

A mini bus and trailer has been parked across footpath totally blocking it at the end of close in Elizabeth Road between number 11 and 17 making the footpath unusable with people having to walk on the road also shar metal protruding from car on trailer over the path make a health risk to anybody walking especially young people and elderly.
