Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3906072.
Culvert supposed to drain water from the elevated fields and houses is blocked with shrubs, saplings etc growing through and in it. It has got worse over the past two years but is now almost invisible. It is, because it is almost hidden with shrubbery a danger to people and dogs as there is no railings around it to prevent anyone putting a leg down it.
