Paving slabs broken and uneven

We have recently purchased this property and directly outside there is an area of paving slabs which are broken and uneven causing a hazard to anyone that walks on them.

  • I reported this issue in October 2022. Can you provide me with an update please because it hasn’t been fixed and over the winter it has deteriorated more
