Dangerous trees on LA land

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3930759.
Recently a branch fell off these badly overgrown trees and smashed the window of a neighbour's car. There is potential for more branches to fall (on the road) and cause a collision that could be fatal Photo to follow by email...
