Blocked drain floods our property

Whenever there is some rainfall, the water doesn't drain away and, as a result, the excess water at the drain runs down our drive and into our garage

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Regarding the condition of the drains in this section of Murswell Lane, we are pleased to confirm that the problem you have indicated in this location, has a work order to investigate, clean and test the gully. This should hopefully be completed within a month’s time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
