Drain not effective
Reported via desktop in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 18:26, Wed 16 November 2022
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3969890.
The double drain arrangement is not effective as it is higher than the road surface around it leading to significant puddles in the kerb either side of it. This is causing puddles which are being splashed over pedestrians as cars pass through them.

The drain at the bottom of Yelvertoft Road is blocked, so the water goes onto the main road. The drain on the main road is too far from the curb to drain the water, so a puddle forms, which when cars drive through it, it splashed pedestrians on the path.
