Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4000501.

Tarmac surrounding a inspection cover is sunken 47 Lister Close, Corby. Recent report made 3984476 which Anglian Water have advised is not their responsibility. AW have repaired a broken cover near this site but have advised this not for them. Other drain is about 5ft from this one at issue.
