Thick sludge/mud

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4008801.
The path is covered in thick sludge rendering it impassable on foot. Pedestrians are forced to step on to the road (A4500) to pass the obstruction.

The fix appears to have worked temporarily as now, due to the sloping road surface, shallow curb and the direction of water/silt naturally draining in this area it's apparent that the issue will be on going and the path will continue to become inaccessible until further action is taken to prevent a build up obstructing pedestrian access.

As you can see from the photo the path is now completely impassible people now have to walk onto the A4500 to get by this is an accident waiting to happen
