Heavy mud and other building and road construction materials spilt or transferred from Avant homes site is making the roads dangerous to all vehicles and foot traffic
Contractors often fail to clean road and mud is transferred to all residential roads in area. Highways agency attended site for cleaning after contractors failed to clean the roads

6 December 2022 - Mud from Avant Homes construction site left all over road, not been cleaned up at the end of the day. Making the roads dangerous for all vehicles.

Construction site still not cleaning up the road, photos taken this Saturday, although it’s raining, you can see how brown the road is with the amount of mud left on the road and pavements. The think clay mud does not get washed away, it sits on the road in the rain and then dries again. Road sweeper they use is not clearing the mud, it just squashes it to the surface
