A parishioner has complained that those with pushchairs or other mobility issues cannot get past without going in the grass. With Winter coming this should be addressed. Not sure exactly which section this should be put under

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - We have determined that this is vegetation from a growing from a private property. We will contact the landowner to cut back. These issues can take up to four months to resolve.
