Hello in little Harrowden there a public footpath that leads up to little Harrowden primary school many of us and our children have had serious falls because the path and road is so un even and is a hazard of slips trips and falls twice my daughter has had to have dental treatment of where she has smashed her face on this path and had one tooth extracted because it became serious no one will take responsibility of this road i know the school has tried to get a contact of who is responsible for this path and road. also there have been many falls on this and twisted ankles of parents. one lad couple months ago i witnessed actually fell hit his head and was knocked out for a couple of seconds. enough is enough and these are primary children. please resolve this issue of school lane and tarmac this appropriately and swiftly so that these accidents are ceased.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Firstly, we are sorry to hear about your daughter falling in the area. The Public Right of way defect doesn’t meet the criteria for an urgent repair, however based on the new information we have received, we have carried out a risk based assessment and can confirm that surface repair works have been programmed for this location, to be undertaken within the next 28 days and you will receive an update once repairs have been completed.
