Verge neglected and path obstructed.

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4051793.

The grass verge on the left as you enter the close has not been mown all year and the pathway is completely obstructed by bushes and pedestrians have to walk in the middle of the road, on a blind bend, to exit and enter the close. I would be grateful if you could get someone out to rectify these problems.

The road has not been swept for a year, can this be put on a more frequent schedule?

  • Hi. This morning the 17th January the road sweeper came into Poyntz Lane and did a nice job of cleaning the street. However , Poyntz Gardens, the cul de sac I have been asking to be cleared, was once again untouched!! Could you please explain to the residents why you keep missing us. The drains are covered in debris and leaves and we have not had road swept for over a year. The pathway is impassable and pedestrians have to walk in the road.   • I have contacted West Northants on 17th January 2023 and was given a Reference number of REP135365 I was assured that Poyntz Gardens would have the Road cleaned but as to date, 7 days later , this has no happened. Could you please let me know if this matter is actually in hand. Many Thanks. Ann Fountain
