As above blocked drain probably due to cars travelling mud over drain. It is a narrow road so parking and access has been an issue due to ongoing building works

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Regarding the condition of the drains in this section of Newland Street, we are pleased to confirm that the problem you have indicated in this location, has a work order to investigate, clean and test the gully. This should hopefully be completed within a month’s time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
