Trees

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4085209.

I rang for advice and spoke to Kier Highways' Carol, who advised me to begin my query by filling in Fix My Street. She said someone from the Amenities team would deal with it but I actually wanted to speak to someone first. There are at least two trees on the bank at street side of Church Street, Hargrave between Top Farm and The Farmhouse which I believe need dealing with. They obstruct my field of vision on egress from the field and overhang the highway. I own the field but I am not sure who is responsible for the trees and how one would go about either having them felled or pollarded, bearing in mind that the village street is narrow at that point. I would like someone to look and advise me on a course of action and any necessary form filling and consents. I can meet someone on site if need be.
