Coaxil cable all across the pavement

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4092323.

Walking along wilson terrace towards the corner of wood street, I tripped over a large amount of coaxil cable over the total width of the path,it was connected to the house on the corner. It caught around my feet and I fell to the ground banging my head knee and hip.

    Dumped car looks as if it’s been crashed. Danger to public and police are aware. Has been dumped since September 2022
