The path between Barnleigh House and it’s neighbour is badly damaged and dangerous for pedestrians, especially at night time This has been damaged for probably two years now and repairing it is well overdue.

  • It needs to be said that the construction work that caused the problem has stalled, but it is not fair to leave the pavement in this condition.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Regarding the condition of the footpath adjacent to Hemington Road, we are pleased to confirm that a works order has been raised. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.
