Its shame NCC highways are updating fix my street defects without repairing the highway defects.

The report was logged in July 2022. Defects are still not fixed. Fix my street website updated, saying the defect has been repaired/ completed but is not. Please fix the problem as soon as possible.

  • It’s shame that original fault ref: 3705050 has been swept under the carpet. The fixmystreet update saying that the fault has been fixed while fault is still there. Will NCC Highways going to do anything or provide any response?

We have raised a work order to resolve this and this should be completed well within a six month timescale. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
