Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 18:16, Mon 16 January 2023
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4137566.
There is a collection of large pot holes in the right hand wheel track on the A6116 on Sudborough Road near Lowick and I hit one in the dark on Saturday and it immediately burst my tyre. It looks like previous repairs have been completed there but these have not been substantial. This is a busy road and the condition of the road is unacceptable and needs repairing urgently due to the nature of the damaged caused to my car. I will be making a claim to North Northants Council for the damage caused to my car.
