Signs/sandbags

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4156239.

Work signs and sandbags been here for months,obviously forgotten. Currently leaning against the wall but have blown over in the past obstructing the pavement and i believe on one occasion hitting and damaging a parked car.
