  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Firstly, we are sorry to hear about your daughter falling in the area. The carriageway defect doesn’t meet the criteria for an urgent repair, however based on the new information we have received, we have carried out an assessment and can confirm that a C permanent repair will be carried out in the next six months and you will receive an update once repairs have been completed. Usually, these defects are tended to within 13 weeks' time.

  • Hi. Although your engineers have marked up some of the kerbs the one near to where my Daughter gets in and out of my car hasn’t been marked, is loose and rocks when you step onto it.

  • Hi. This issue remains and is getting worse. I collected my Daughter to go to a hospital appointment today, I had to stop her from tripping up on the loose kerb again. This is a serious risk to public health and safety and needs to now be dealt with. Thank you.
