Keeps coming loose

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4167479.

Drain cover on roundabout keeps coming loose , making clunking noise when going over it . Had to call out of hours as had fallen in last week but now clunking so it's loose .

This should be completed within a months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
