10" pot hole (now x2) on St Johns Road between Tiffield and St Johns.

I reported this last week reference 4158257 got confirmation. On Monday of this week got a reply saying case closed because "they had been to Harlestone Road!!!!!!) and repaired it. Following on a copy of the email message that I received on Monday 23/01/23:- (Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - Whilst we have noted your comments, regarding the condition of this section of Harlestone Road, we can confirm that there are no immediate safety concerns relating to this issue that warrant repair. For further information, please visit: https://www.westnorthants.gov.uk/ roads-and-paths/ report-potholes-or-highway-problem However, please be assured that we will continue to monitor the area as part of our routine inspections.

Back live now. Now how can you confuse the position of the Dot on the map that I sent to you. There are now two potholes instead of just the one. (Evidence photo taken 24/01/23) Immediately after receiving this reply I clicked the hot link and tried to re-enter the details only to be stopped from putting them in told "This area is not part of Northamptonshire Highways!!!!!!!" So please can this be sorted plus for you to revaluate your systems. This pot hole has been a problem now since before Christmas and the hole has got progressively worse and it is on a steep bend.
