Bike track has been created
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4185868.
A bike track has been created along the footpath from London Road to Scalley Way. the track has been created along the part of the footpath that runs along side the stream. at the join of 2 fields a bike inhibitor has been installed, but the fence has now been cut either side of the inhibitor, allowing bikes to pass through freely. there is also nothing stopping bikes coming through from the London Road entrance to the path.
The fence needs re-instating (in metal if possible) and the london road entrance needs a bike inhibitor installed to match the other side.

Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - We can confirm that a gap at the entrance to this footpath is acceptable access as there is no requirement to control livestock. Any fencing is the landowners responsibility. We will therefore liaise with the landowner regarding the cut fencing. In regards to any antisocial behaviour witnessed, this should be reported directly to Northamptonshire Police’s Safer Community Team on 101.
