4 inch deep pothole as indicated on map

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4227302.

Increase in traffic on this road has caused extensive damage to the edges .This has gradually worsened over the last few months. It has caused punctures to both my and my wife's cars recently. It is an important route and we feel that it needs to be rectified as soon as possible please.

  • Investigation: Ongoing - Apologies for the delayed response, an area team will be dispatched to investigate the defect within 7 days.

  • Investigation: Completed (Scheduled Maintenance) - Regarding the condition of this section of the road, we can confirm a works order has already been raised on an inspectors report and this should be completed within a weeks’ time for the immediate safety defects and a month for the non-safety critical defects. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.
