Large pothole

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4239661.

This was reported some weeks ago as a very deep dangerous pothole. It has been partially filled in. Why has it been left 2/3 inches below the road surface? This is allowing water in and traffic still going down a hole which will negate the part filling in .
