Water runoff blocked by pavement protrusion

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4276008.

Pavement has expanded and cracked from the tree root, and when it rains water cannot drain away from this area. It also protrudes into the road making it a hazard for road users.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Regarding the condition of the footpath adjacent to Kingsley Avenue, we are pleased to confirm that a works order has been raised. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.
