Blocked down rain pipe located on Morley Street, is causing issues and flooding in path and road.

I have had home insurance out and anglian water both have stated this is council problem..public footpath has collapsed blocking pie..please repair asap

Had anglian water and home insurance out and both responded with council issue..all guttering blown and now replaced..please re-investigate been so long now.

Still no response yet...pipe under public footpath has collapsed stopping water going into gully
