  • Investigation: Ongoing (Scheduled Maintenance) - Many thanks for reporting this possible safety defect. We can confirm that we have arranged for this carriageway to be inspected within seven days. Following this inspection, details of any remedial works, if required, will be posted here as a follow-up comment.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Regarding the vegetation, we can confirm that a works order has been raised to cut back this vegetation from the footway. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.
