This is the third time of reporting this problem and as of today no fix has been carried out to drop the height of the top rail so people with limited mobility can use the style with the risk of falling. See report 4124388 and report 3814207

  • So far there has been no updates on this ongoing problem this was reported on 13th March so the 5 working days has not been met. Can you please confirm if there are reasons why this on going request has not been actioned.

  • 27/07 - An enforcement letter has been sent to the responsible party requesting that the stile is rectified to the correct specification. If not rectified in 28 days enforcement action will take place.
