Large ,70mm deep pothole on the road ,outside entrance of a car park on Gray Stree,NN13QQ

There is a large pothole on the road outside a private car park,on Gray Street,outside a block of flats.(Flats 9 to 13). Everytime when leaving the car park and turning right,as it is one way road,we take that pothole as there is no way to avoid it due to cars parked on the side of the road. The pothole is there for weeks,long before the extreme weather conditions we have experienced last week.It needs urgent fixing. Thank you.
