6 inch deep pothole on corner past Commons Farm

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4328648.

This pothole stretches completely across the left-hand side of the road, driving past Commons farm, towards Desborough, just before the turn off to Dingley. It has been worsening over the last six months, possibly more. Most people try to avoid it if possible, but are likely to move into opposite side of the road. Likelihood of accident or tyre damage is high.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Regarding this section of the A6, we can confirm that the carriageway defects that meet the investigatory level for repairs, have work scheduled to resolve them. This should be completed within a months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded
