Blocked drains

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4329542.

This drain and the next two going up towards the school are blocked - Outside number 22 and the first drain outside the infant's school. Currently the drain outside No.38 has to serve the street all the way up the hill to the school.
