Deep holes in the Grass Verges

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4339278.

The grass verges have been churned up by cars at school run times. This has now caused deep holes. Is it possible for these to be filled in please as they are becoming worse with the weather.

  • Please provide update on this matter as water has filled the churned up verges - 3 metres wide by 1 metre plus others. Mud on the footpath. The puddles are really deep, and it is affecting person who is moving in to one of the properties.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Regarding the condition of the verge adjacent to Silverwood Road, we are pleased to confirm that a works order has been raised. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.
