Potholes and uneven road

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4343553.

This is on the bend causing drivers to move over to the opposite side of the road on a bend !!!

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Regarding this section of Gretton Road, we can confirm that the carriageway defects that meet the investigatory level for repairs, have work scheduled to resolve them. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.

  • There are now several pot holes that are joining together as you turn the corner there is now one so big you cant avoid it unless you go to the other side of the road - if you hit this in the dark this will be a serious accident and also if somebody tries to take avoiding action on a blind corner this will also cause a serious accident - the pot hole has also got deeper - this cant last six months it is lethal now
