Rushton Road, Wilbarston, beyond the Wilbarston bypass tunnel (LE16 8FE) has traffic using the road to the Dallacre business units and house. It has been neglected to the point where the road surface is broken up with deep rutting and pot holes that are getting worse. Vehicle access to the business units and house is needed for lorries, van and cars as well as pedestrians. It has been extremely difficult to drive over this area for some time; but it is now getting worse and proving a real hazard.
