Acute depression near the culvert. Verge drainage blocked

Verge drainage is overgrown, causing flooded road due to depressed sections and blocked verges - both sides of the road and the culvert. Depressions are very noticeable after rain when they fill with water. Potential for vehicle damage due to acute depression near the culvert. Vehicles tend to take the middle of the road.
