The road is flooding when heavy rain. The rainwater is backing up into car park

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Regarding the condition of the drains in this section of Midland Road, we are pleased to confirm that the problem you have indicated in this location, has a work order to investigate, clean and test the gully. This should hopefully be completed within a month’s time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.

“hopefully” fixed within a month. Month is up.? What progress and has the real cause now been identified ? Do not believe this is a “gully problem” but more serious and drain related. Update+please
