Pothole on channel line through to binder course. Whole surface deteriorating in area installed by Redrow Homes as part of development off Coxs Lane. Make them resurface under defect for Section 278 agreement. (if you bothered to do one)

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Regarding this section of Cransley Hill , we can confirm that the carriageway defects that meet the investigatory level for repairs, have work scheduled to resolve them. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.
