  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your report. We have raised a works ticket and this will be addressed within the next 6 months.

    We make our decision to repair a road based on a number of factors. We need to look at the location, inspections and public reports, the road condition and the best way to spend the funds we have available to us, with our priority being on safety for all road users. This does mean that some roads will take priority over others and we are not able to fix every report that comes in to us immediately.
