Drain cover tilted

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4425703.

This drain is sticking up, half in the drain half out, it may cause a burst tyre if hit at speed.

    I’d say it’s a little more than a raised drain cover, needs urgent attention this hole is deep and seems to have cones shoved on it to warn traffic and that has now been hit across the road
