This is an existing problem, an inspection has been carried out on the gullies but I've been instructed no works needed. I assume this was investigated when it's not raining and it's not overflowing, once it's rains the gullies overflows severely. Please investigate this again.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - We can confirm that we have a work order to investigate, clean and test the gully. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.
